A weekly Mindfulness meditation and discussion group to teach you how to meditate mindfully and each week focussing on one topic such as ‘stress’ or ‘who pushes your buttons’ etc. – and do relative meditations to tie in with each topic.

An eight-week Mindfulness program, combining the mindfulness stress release program and mindfulness based cognitive therapy addressing many topics relating to the art of living mindfully.

A one on one program to address and meet ones individual needs. First consultation is free.
